Welcome to the Lake! Our quaint 3BR, 1.5 BA cottage is across from Lake Massasecum. Our public beach is a 5 min walk, where children have been jumping off the giant rock for generations. The sandy beach is a 2 min drive and also offers a concession stand. A 15 min drive gets you more swimming options at Newbury Harbor ("The Pier") & Sunapee State Beach as well as tree obstacle courses, mountain biking & hiking at Mt Sunapee. Bring your boat, use our kayaks, or just sit by the lake & relax.

Everything you need to relax & enjoy the country is waiting for you. Upstairs you will find a TV room, full bath, full lake views & 2 bedrooms (one with a King bed & the other with a Queen). Downstairs you will find an open concept room including the Kitchen stocked with every appliance you could need. The first floor also includes a half bath, laundry, dining area, couches with a table perfect for family game night as well as a desk area with WiFi. The first floor also includes a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds for the kids. 

Open the windows & listen to the loons, look for the occasional moose sighting taking a swim or watch the bald eagle soar across the lake (he lives on the hill across the lake!) There is so much wildlife to observe.

Conveniences of Dunkin Donuts, Pizza & local farm stand are just a 5 min drive.

There is parking for 2-3 cars. This is a quiet, family neighborhood.  Please be respectful of our neighbors & thus no parties.

This house is on a septic system, thus be respectful of the Max # of people listed (8).

No pets & no smoking please!
